Inspired by Lana Del Rey’s Young and Beautiful, this couture celebration merged cinematic scenography, floral artistry, and moody elegance.

Led by Valentina Kera Events, one of the leading destination wedding planners and designers in Italy, the event translated intimate emotions into a poetic visual language — delivered through impeccable organization and seamless coordination for an elevated guest experience.

Mishail & Phi, a modern couple from the USA with a refined eye for symbolism and contemporary aesthetics, dreamed of celebrating their union in Italy with a Lake Como wedding that felt cinematic, emotional, and deeply personal.

From the floral nest ceremony on the lakeshore to the candlelit reception inside Villa Aura del Lago, every moment was directed like a film — planned, designed, and executed to evoke a seamless emotional journey for the couple and their guests.

Guided by Lana Del Rey’s Young and Beautiful, the concept fused timeless romance with cinematic drama to create an immersive Lake Como wedding experience. The vision was to design a celebration where intimacy and spectacle coexist, blending emotional storytelling with architectural precision.

The wedding design explored a refined balance of contrasts: soft ivory, beige, and toffee tones against deep browns and silver accents. Rich textures, layered fabrics, and strategic lighting created a moody yet timeless atmosphere.

Style & Atmosphere — Couture Wedding Design Meets Moody Luxury

Every visual element — from floral installations to candlelight reflections — was intentionally composed to reflect couture-level artistry and the architectural beauty of Villa Aura del Lago. This aesthetic set the tone for an elegant and immersive Lake Como wedding experience.

With Lake Como as the backdrop, this ceremony design merged natural softness and geometric precision — a signature approach that elevated the moment into a cinematic scene.

The ceremony took place on the lakeshore, framed by a sculptural floral “nest” of ivory, beige, and toffee roses, gypsophila, and chrysanthemums. Runway-style seating structured the space, combining editorial fleur with intimacy.

Each piece — from invitations to menus — was designed as editorial artwork, using layered papers, cutouts, and embossing to reflect the couture mood of this Lake Como destination wedding.

The stationery set echoed the architectural language of Villa Aura del Lago. Modern stationery met gentle curves, creating a visual bridge between paper design and the villa’s timeless structure.

The reception design transformed a single long table into a living art installation. Mirrored details, sculptural black vases, hundreds of candles, and flowing fabrics created a cinematic ambiance.
