Speaking of Venice, it needs to be understood that it is a difficult city located on the water! The first and crucial task for us is LOGISTICS!

For this project we have selected the Palazzo Pisani Moretta — one of the most beautiful palazzi in Venice on the Grand Canal. It became the main character of the event. Pisani Moretta is an amazing museum site, the lighting of which still consists of many real candles lit by hand.

The task was to create the right atmosphere in a hall filled with such rich frescoes and murals. The most important thing was to carefully think through and develop the design and concept of the event, as the client asked to create an effect that would affect the soul of every guest present at the event and get everyone simply high from the surrounding beauty.

The gardens in the new English style did not serve to impress with splendor or create the impression of human domination over nature, but only to enjoy this nature. Also, the organization of the English garden is a sequence of viewpoints with an emphasis on the elements of nature.

And then we came up with the crazy idea to create an English garden with asymmetrical shapes right in the middle of the majestic palazzo hall.

Everyone laughed at the idea because it was too unusual and the task would be too difficult. And, we had very short deadlines.

But I clearly saw the elements of nature combined with the frescoes of the palazzo.

We suggested this idea to our client. She just admired it, and we decided to bring it to life!

It was decided to put tables with a mirrored surface so that all the frescoes from the ceilings were reflected in them, thus creating a 3D effect and an airy atmosphere. It was the viewpoints of the English garden that we had on the table; the entire upper part was reflected on the surface: floral decorations, majestic frescoes, and exquisite Murano glass chandeliers.

This way, we grounded the ceiling frescoes and immersed all the guests in a completely different atmosphere: unusual and mysterious. Everyone was just thrilled.

The floral decoration seemed to grow right out of the tables. These were arches placed in the middle, parallel to the table. The task was not only to create arches but also to seal the flowerpot itself so that the weight of the flower arches did not make them fall. And this is a huge job of complex design with detailed and precise calculations.

The floral ARRANGEMENT

We illuminated each base of the arch at the flowerpot with a backlight. It all added a touch of modern art and magic. And the transparent chairs added lightness.

A team of 10 florists operated at the site. They worked on every detail, creating a fairy tale in reality.

The client wanted the event to include magic and the word AMORE. We decided to call it "That's Amore," gave it meaning, and deciphered each letter.

A special menu card with meanings was developed, and personalized tarot cards with different wishes for each guest became escort cards.

We created the cake with Venetian candy mosaics. It really looked like an art object!

We created an amazing scenario for the evening; the singer-presenter set the mood and maintained the atmosphere, and the guests were greeted not only by a string quartet but also by models-dancers dressed in Venetian costumes who continued to entertain the guests and change their costumes throughout the evening.

For all the invited guests, gifts were also created—personalized silk-covered books with a collection of poems. Everyone was delighted.

The team consisted of 78 people, each of whom was an important and essential part of the ideal result. It was fabulous and very emotional.
