A grand banquet with a very interesting program for 24 people.
The clients wanted to have a very interesting program of the day full of entertainments and a delicious dinner.
Two things were also on the agenda. The hero of the occasion and his wife dreamed of a palazzo with the Grand Canal view. Another important thing was the organization of their guests' leisure.
The clients wanted everyone to be in high spirits so they set us the task to pay attention to each person invited to the party. The most important aspects were accommodation, timing and meeting of all the guests at the airport. My colleagues and I did our best to avoid mistakes and control everything clearly.
A team of stylists was required to create an image for every person like in the movies.
Our clients looked forward to pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

To select the palazzo according to all our clients' wishes, create an entertainment program and select artists, dancers, magicians, etc. It was also necessary to decorate the celebration in a single style and choose an image for each participant.

A team of 4 make-up artists and 4 hairdressers waited for the guests at a certain time to prepare them for the event. We invited a singer, who created the atmosphere of the great occasion and worked according to a pre-thought-out scenario that we had compiled in advance. Every part of the holiday was filled with something interesting to surprise the guests again and again. The team consisted of 70 people and everyone was an integral part of the ideal result.
For the design, we chose accents of burgundy and gold. The "Lion" became the symbol, which meant not only the symbol of Venice, but also the hero of the occasion. By the way, the famous Venetian carnival was taking place in Venice at the same time and we used some of its elements in the decor, they fitted into the concept of the holiday perfectly. Behind every detail was the colossal thoughtful work of the team.
