FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • 1. What should we start with if we want to marry in Italy?
    — The question is very often asked, actually. The most important thing is to arrange the date and place to celebrate your wedding reception. The quantity of guests and wedding format should also be discussed. Then the question of budget arises.
  • 2. What does wedding budget mean? What wedding services are usually available?
    — There are usually main and optional services available.

Main ones are the venue itself and catering. Optional but necessary ones are a photographer, a videographer, a florist, a stylist, a Master of Ceremonies and etc. Optional services also include Music, Entertainment program, Polygraphy, Illumination, Transfer, Guests presents and etc.

We usually discuss the variety and choice of them at our first meeting.
  • 3. How many consultations can we have when we sign the contract?
    — Actually, we can meet as many times as necessary. Whenever questions arise, we arrange time to meet in zoom and discuss them. To tell the truth, the most important task for me is to do the majority of endless things for YOUR WEDDING instead of YOU!

YOU just share your thoughts with me and I am ready to realize them! My team and I offer you some projects and you choose!
I’m always in touch with the couples within the process and afterwards.
  • 4. What to do in case we don’t want to hire the photographer for 12 hours?
    — First of all, the scenario is made. Taking it into account helps us to define the time we need this or that service.
  • 5. When the wedding ceremony takes place far away from home, the bride and groom are always nervous if their guests can come, which hotel to choose and etc.
    — Frankly speaking, the problem needs great attention. It is usually solved before the event. My team and I try to do our best to make your guests feel at home here. All things: accommodation, transfers and etc are thoroughly thought over well in advance.
  • 6. A friend of mine has shared some negative experience with me. At first the wedding agency and the couple negotiated one price but later the agency changed the sum.
    — Everyone in the wedding business works in their own way… and I am not the best judge on that point unfortunately…
As for my clients, they are always given the first tentative or introductory estimate before they sign up the contract. We work according to it and never break it.
I can advise you to pay attention to the contract and the fact that suppliers are official ones.
  • 7. What to do in case you haven’t grasped the concept? I mean you have nothing interesting to offer to the couple.
    — Well, the question seems rather strange to me, but the situation is possible, to my mind. I think the ability to pay attention to all the details can always help you get the idea. Perhaps you should ask necessary questions and listen to the answers more carefully. Thank God, I haven’t had such experience yet. Let this cup pass from me!
Frankly speaking, all my newlyweds' references are positive and thankful. The couples often recommend me to their friends and relatives.

So, I am always ready to provide anyone with any assistance in the sphere of wedding business. For example, one couple acted on my advice and it helped them not to get into trouble, although I was not their "wedding diplomat".
  • 8. If the reality of the project disappoints our expectations.
