I have invested all my diversified experience over the years in the VALENTINA KERA EVENTS & DESIGN agency. The Italian «Dolce vita» tested me for many years. Frankly speaking, I could write a book about my life in Italy full of adventures for 22 years.
The desire to become someone special in the foreign country did not let me go with the flow doing nothing. Fist of all, I graduated from the Italian Institute of Design and Fashion as a women’s clothing designer. By the way, my education helps me in my work and simplifies it a lot.
At that time, I worked as a manager in a restaurant complex. Staff, orders, cash desk, clients — everything was on my shoulders for 10 years… I had developed the experience of communicating and creating comfort for others by that time. Little by little, the desire to create something of my own and be useful to people matured in me.
The desire to become someone special in the foreign country did not let me go with the flow doing nothing. Fist of all, I graduated from the Italian Institute of Design and Fashion as a women’s clothing designer. By the way, my education helps me in my work and simplifies it a lot.
At that time, I worked as a manager in a restaurant complex. Staff, orders, cash desk, clients — everything was on my shoulders for 10 years… I had developed the experience of communicating and creating comfort for others by that time. Little by little, the desire to create something of my own and be useful to people matured in me.
Unfortunately, the crisis came and it changed the field of my activity almost completely. I was in charge of the commercial department at an electric power company. «Clarity» was my name at that time and errors were forbidden! Thank God, the skills formed in the past help me build the system of relationships with suppliers very quickly now… Besides, my skills help me calculate the voltage of the event venue properly. You know, it is different on each venue!
After that, I decided to try myself in another field that was absolutely new for me. I started working with my husband in his shipyard company. My duties were to communicate with foreign clients and organize all exhibitions and presentations of projects in Italy and on the Cote d’Azur. That was an unforgettable experience, I can tell you! I travelled a lot and attended international exhibitions in the luxury segment. The experience also taught me a lot. Believe me, the responsibility in the organization of international exhibitions and weddings is the same. And when you work in the top segment, the requirements of the customers are always the highest. And that’s correct! I learned how to select and build a team for any task quickly and properly.
Then the turning point in my life came. I had a serious injury while skiing and was bedridden for 4 months. For a long time I delved into myself and at some point, I realized that all my previous jobs were not mine. I wanted more emotions, warmth and creativity so I decided to quit my job and went to a master of wedding and event planner in Milan after my recovery. The training took place 3 times a week for a year and a half. Every week I drove back and forth 1800 km. It took me ages to get there! Was it hard? Oh yes, very much! But when the goal is set, everything can be overcome. I can guarantee it from my own experience!
VALENTINA KERA EVENTS & DESIGN is not just the organization of weddings. I decided to create my bridal collection and completely revised the brand of the agency. Under the name Valentina Kera THE WHOLE I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E WEDDING WORLD OPENS FOR YOU!

Polina graduated from the university in England with a degree in theater arts. She has a passion for beauty, but not only external beauty; beauty with deep meanings is as important to her. The creation of the most touching scenarios for our events, the selection of decorations and costumes — it all lies on her shoulders. She is a terrible perfectionist who thoroughly thinks through and controls every detail. She loves to inspire our couples, and she has unlimited imagination.
In fact, her work does not limit itself to only creativity. Having lived a sufficient amount of time in different countries, she gained invaluable experience in communication, understanding different cultures, organizing travel logistics and entertainment, including in our sunny country. In the course of the project, she is responsible for the concierge service and plans a personal vacation for everyone, taking into account the individual needs of our clients, carefully listening to the requirements, and taking care of everyone.
